TWO CEREMONIES, LOTS OF EMOTIONS
Jacqueline & Gareth had two ceremonies, the fist one in Kingston Guildhall for their civil marriage. After that we head off to Redhill in Surrey, where the second humanist ceremony and outdoors reception took place. The stunning wedding venue was Westmead Events which I truly recommend. The couple wanted to have a festival like wedding and the venue fitted perfectly that theme. And, the best part? the weather was perfect!
THEIR LOVE STORY
In February of 2014, they both joined an online dating site called Plenty of Fish. Gareth's profile kept popping up on Jacqueline's home page as a suggested match and she kept ignoring it (;-)). She eventually felt that it was fate and had a look at his profile. When she saw his profile she immediately felt intrigued and attracted to him so started the dialogue. The connection was instant and conversation flowed from the beginning, discussing things like desert island menus and music choices. Weeks went by, until both felt they had known each other for years. EVENTUALLY, Gareth asked Jacqueline to meet and they met for the first time in London Victoria train station outside of a coffee shop. As soon as they saw each other they knew. Gareth announced that their first date was to take place in the beautiful Brighton and assured Jacqueline that he wasn't a serial killer. Jacqueline agreed that he didn't seem like a serial killer (secretly blown away and immediately swept off of her feet). What should have been an awkward 1 hour train journey turned into the perfect stage for them to get to know each other without the distraction of dinner and drinks. Cheese jokes and accents led the way to a shared sense of humor. They spent an amazing day in the sunshine on the beach talking non-stop until it was time to leave. The day wasn't over and they went back to Clapham Junction where they shared their first kiss. The story began there where it has grown and grown every day since.
That's why they chose Brighton as their perfect location for their Engagement Session, which you can see clicking here: Jacqueline & Gareth Engagement Session in Brighton.
